Hej,hej hej...jag hinner inte skriva mycket, för min lunch är snart slut. MEN NU HAR JAG FÅTT MITT RESEPOGRAM!!!!! Nu börjar jag bli nervös, för nu är det verkligt! Jag kommer få den bästa tiden i mitt liv här, det känns bara så :)

September 2011 program “Adventure Heart” from the 23rd 0f September to the 18th of
November

Meals included in the program B: Breakfast L: Lunch D: Dinner

Friday 23th of September: Arrival to Venezuela and transfer from the airport to our
main camp in the Mochima National Park. Assignments of rooms and hammocks
and dinner (D)

Saturday 24th of September: Introduction to the camp and information meeting,
which covers: main rules of the camp and of the program, introduction to Playa
Colorada area and general knowledge of Venezuela. Free afternoon at the beach
and Welcome party. (B, L, D)

Sunday 25th of September: Intro Playa Colorada, visit to Los Altos de Santa Fe in
the mountains of Turimiquire (B, L, D)

 Monday 26th of September: Intro Spanish, intro Puerto la Cruz and Salsa Class (B, L,
D)

Tuesday 27th of September: Spanish classes, snorkeling introduction, overnight and
barbeque on the Islands of the park. (B, L, D)

Wednesday 28th of September: Mochima National Park (B, L, D)

From Thursday 29th to Monday 03th of October: Orinoco Delta

In the Orinoco you will cross the water ways using boats and canoes and you
will share with the Waraos Indians and learn about their culture, history,
customs, handcraft, fishing and hunting skills and the way they use different
trees and plants from the jungle to build their homes, to make tools, canoes,
medicines and food; we will also have the opportunity to see many types of
birds and animals including: howler monkeys, fresh water dolphins, sloth,
parrots, macaws, caimans, agouties, otters etc. We will have an educational
walk in the jungle with a Warao guide and much more… (B, L, D are included
through the whole trip)

Tuesday 04th of October: Spanish and free afternoon (B, L, D)

Wednesday 05th of October: Visit to Cumana and preparation for Merida (B, L, D)

Thursday 06th of October: Free morning for packing and departure to Merida in the
afternoon. For this long journey (+15 hours) we will travel in a very comfortable bus
that will leave Puerto la Cruz in the afternoon and arrive to Merida city in the
morning of the next day. (B, L, D)

Friday 07th of October: After we leave our things in the camp in the mountains we
go down to stroll around and have an introduction of the city. Merida seats 1600
meters high and our camp at 2500! Great night out in the city!!! (B, L, D)

Saturday 08th of October: Paintballing (as an optional activity) morning and
afternoon (B, L, D)

From Sunday 09th of October: Canyoning, Canopy and Paragliding (B, L, D)

Monday 10th October: Spanish classes, Canyoning, Canopy and Paragliding (B, L, D)

Tuesday 11th of October: Spanish classes, Canyoning, Canopy and Paragliding (B, L,
D)

Wednesday 12th of October: Spanish classes and pendulum (B, L, D)

Thursday 13th of October: Spanish and free afternoon. Packing for Pan de Azucar (B,
L, D)

Friday 14st of October: Pan de Azucar (B, L, D)

Saturday 15nd of October: Pan de Azucar (B, L, D)

From Sunday 16rd to Thursday 20th of October: Los Llanos

In Los Llanos you will: attend a Llanero party with live music, go on several 4x4
Safaris on the plains to watch wild animals, look for giant Anaconda, go fishing for
piranhas, go horseback riding, go on a boat trip to see the weird flat head turtle
and much more. The motto of this trip is to see wildlife at its best and also have a
glimpse of the Llanero (Venezuelan Cowboys) colorful style of life. You will enjoy
this experience very much. (B, L, D are included through all your stay in Los Llanos)

Thursday 20th of October: Arrival in the evening to Choroni (B, L, D)

Friday 21th of October: Town intro and day for relaxing at the beautiful beach of
Choroni. Drum party at the Malecon (sea side) (B, L, D)

Saturday 22th of October: We take a boat from Choroni to go to Chuao which is the
place where the best cocoa in the world grows. We will go on a field trip to the
cocoa plantations and learn the whole process from seed to chocolate and later on
we will go to a nice river with a huge water fall to cool down from all the walking in
the cocoa plantation. We take the boat back to Choroni in the afternoon and have
dinner in our camp (B, L, D)

 
Sunday 23th of October: Beach day and Surf lessons (B, L, D)

Monday 24st October: Departure from Choroni direction our main camp in Playa
Colorada. On the way we will stop for Skydiving that comes as an optional in our
program. Really great opportunity to try it out!!! (B, L, D)

Tuesday 25st of October: Spanish classes and free afternoon (B, L, D)

Wednesday 26nd of October: Diving (as an optional) #1. People who do not take the
diving course have other activities included in the program (B, L, D)

Thursday 27rd of October: Spanish classes and Diving #2 People who do not take
the diving course have other activities included in the program. Salsa class (B, L, D)

Friday 28th of October: Spanish classes and Diving #3 People who do not take the
diving course have other activities included in the program (B, L, D)

Saturday 29th of October: Spanish classes. City tour that will take us to the cities of
Barcelona and Lecheria and that night as an optional we will eat out and go to one
of the best club in town for a great night out (B, L, D)

Sunday 30th of October: Boat trip to the Islands of the National Park. P.B (B, L, D)

Monday 31th of October: Optional visit to Canaima Angel Falls. Those who do not
go to Angel Falls have a Spanish field trip (B, L, D)

Tuesday 01th of November: Canaima and other activities for the people who remain
(B,L,D)

Wednesday 02th of November: Canaima and other activities for the people who
remain (B, L, D)

Thursday 03th of November: Departure from Playa Colorada and Ciudad Bolivar to
Gran Sabana (B,L,D)

From the Friday 04th to Wednesday 16st of November: La Gran Sabana and Roraima
Mount, including one day crossing the border to Brazil.

During this time you will use an Indian community called San Francisco de Yuruani
as your base camp in Gran Sabana. While in San Francisco you will have Spanish
Classes in the mornings and every afternoon you will go on expeditions that will
take you to waterfalls, cascades, water slides and rivers of the area of Gran Sabana.
There will also be a lot of interaction with the Pemon Indians of the community and
one day there will be a cultural class with them and a friendly football. ALL MEALS
ARE INCLUDED DURING GRAN SABANA AND RORAIMA

Wednesday 16th of November: Arrival to Playa Colorada, free afternoon and
farewell party
